Secretary Lapus gives nod to bonus pays. Every DepED employee gets a "productivity incentive bonus" and a clothing and uniform allowance following an order from Secretary Lapus authorizing their payments.

The productivity bonus amounts to an average of P2,000 per employee; and the uniform and clothing allowance, 4,OOO per employee.
